We want you to love your Spiral Bible™ products; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that personalized items and digital downloads are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your Spiral Bible™ products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
